All orders are shipped UPS Ground for 2-5 day delivery. You can choose other delivery options at the time the order is placed. Freight is free on all non-diet orders over $39.99 shipping second day UPS. Orders less than $39.99 are charged a $3.99 shipping fee.  Diets have an $8 dropship fee no matter what the weight PER COMPANY.
